Hendrik and Britta get the approval to set up a shared practice. Their lives are going perfectly. But while Britta is toasting the upcoming practice opening with friends, Hendrik collapses unconscious while taking a walk with Betty. Jorik quickly sees through Amelie’s spontaneous claim that she is now with Simon. But he misunderstands the situation and believes that Amelie still has feelings for him and therefore wants to keep him at a distance. Amelie is only interested in Henni. Svenja tries to find out whether she is ready to take responsibility for Till and Bella. And she quickly realizes that it will not be easy to win Bella and Till over. Tina is hurt after Louis calls Franka «Mama». But Franka manages to calm Tina down and the two talk things out. Tensions arise between Leyla and Noah in the shared apartment.
